Shipping & Cancellation

We are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Below are the details of our shipping policy:

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of successful payment.

  • Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed on the next business day.

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping Time:

  • Standard delivery time ranges between 5 to 7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

  • Delivery to remote or rural areas may take longer than the standard timeframe.

  • Once the order is dispatched, a tracking link will be provided via SMS or email to monitor the status of the order.

Shipping Charges:

  • Prepaid Orders:

    • Shipping charges vary based on the delivery location and the weight of the package.

    • Free shipping may be applicable on certain promotional offers.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

    • COD is available for selected pin codes with an additional fee of ₹50 per order.

Address Accuracy:

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address to avoid delays.

  • ClothBar is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes order cancellations may be required. You can cancel your order by following the guidelines below:

Before Shipment:

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them or before they are dispatched.

  • To cancel an order, please contact us via:

  • If the order is canceled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

After Shipment:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

  • If you wish to cancel the order after dispatch, you can refuse the delivery. The refund will be initiated after deducting shipping charges (approximately ₹120) once the product is returned to us.

Non-Cancellable Orders:

  • Orders placed during promotional offers, discounts, or stock clearance sales cannot be canceled or modified.

  • Customized or personalized orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

Refund Policy for Canceled Orders:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

  • COD Orders: No refund is applicable as no payment was made upfront.
