Return & Refund Policy

We prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth return and exchange process. If you're not satisfied with your purchase due to size or any other valid reason, you can request a replacement or return within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving the product.

For Refund:

  • If a prepaid order is undelivered due to customer refusal, and a refund is requested, the refund will be processed after deducting the shipping charges.

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Shipping charges vary by state and are approximately ₹120.

  • Replaced products will be deliver within 5 working days

For Exchange:

  • If you wish to exchange the product due to size or any other issue, you need to courier the product on the same day of delivery.

  • The product must be sent with the original tag and packaging to the address mentioned on the courier slip.

  • Once we receive your courier, it may take up to 10 days to deliver the exchanged product.

  • Please note: Courier charges for sending the product for replacement must be borne by the customer.

For Return:

  • If you are not satisfied with the quality or size of the product and wish to return it, you must courier the product with the original tag and packaging to the same address mentioned on the courier slip.

  • Important: The company is not responsible for any transportation damage during the return. The customer must coordinate with the courier company for safe delivery.

  • Once we receive your product, the order amount will be refunded via online transaction.

  • If the payment was made online, the refund will be credited to the original payment method.

  • If the payment was made through COD, the customer needs to provide bank account details to process the refund.

  • We have a 10-day Return Policy.

  • Courier charges for return must be borne by the customer.

No Return/Replacement for Offers:

  • Products purchased under offers such as BUY 2 GET 1 FREE or stock clearance items cannot be returned or replaced.

Return/Exchange Guidelines:

  • The product must be unworn, undamaged, and returned with the original tag and packaging.

  • Return and exchange requests will be accepted only if they adhere to the above policy guidelines.
